John M. Slosar
Chairman and CEO
In 2003, John Slosar formed an alliance with Triniti Corporation, merging his Detroit, Los Angeles, New York, and Berlin executive recruiting practices with Triniti to form a new global executive search firm: Triniti Executive Search.

Slosar's executive recruiting career began in 1994 with Canny, Bowen Inc., a New York-based executive search firm. During his tenure with Canny, Slosar contributed to the firm's highest earnings in its forty-year history.

Prior to forming Triniti Executive Search, Slosar served as President of U.S. Operations for another major international recruiting firm from 1996 through 2002, leading its global board and CEO search practice.

Slosar began his career at Ford Motor Company, where he served for 35 years. He held several senior executive positions, including Vice President, Administration for Ford's wholly owned Rouge Steel Company, and Vice President, Employee Relations and Planning for Ford Aerospace Company.

Slosar also served as an inside director on several wholly-owned company subsidiaries and joint venture boards, as well as an outside director of diversified corporations and non-profit organizations. He served on the Board of the American Executives Search Consultants (New York), and is currently a Director of the Board of Trustees of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts (Virginia).

Slosar earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from John Carroll University.

Catherine A. Ross
Vice President
Catherine Ross joined Triniti in 2003 as Vice President. A seasoned executive search consultant, Ross was previously the Operations Manager and Senior Consultant for a retained search practice in Michigan. In her career in search, Ross has participated in all phases of executive search including candidate research and development, client liaison and new business development.

During the last decade, Ross has conducted senior level searches across industry lines and in multifunction disciplines. Her generalist experience has been focused primarily in the automotive industry, manufacturing, and consumer products.

Ross' success in completing challenging executive searches originates from her ability to develop an in-depth understanding of her client along with establishing an immediate rapport. This approach results in the identification of candidates whose profiles integrate not only technically with the institution, but culturally as well. Ross' skill in building strong client relationships and her commitment to providing quality client services has earned her an outstanding reputation in her field.

Prior to her career in search, Ross spent 15 years in project management. Ross received a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College, Massachusetts, and a Master of Arts from Wayne State University, Michigan.

James R. Pautsch
Managing Director of Global Staffing
James Pautsch joined Triniti as managing director of its Global Staffing Organization after a successful near 30-year career with ArvinMeritor (a successor company to Rockwell International - Automotive Operations).

Pautsch was the former Director, Worldwide Staffing for ArvinMeritor, Inc., a $7 billion global supplier of a broad range of integrated systems, modules and components to the motor vehicle industry. The company serves light vehicle, commercial truck, trailer, specialty original equipment manufacturers, and related aftermarkets, and employs 32,000 at more than 150 manufacturing facilities in 27 countries.

As Director, Worldwide Staffing, Pautsch developed and implemented a centralized executive and professional staffing function to support all North American businesses. He also led the efforts for developing and implementing a European staffing process, which included a recruitment and employment branding program supporting four major business groups and 45 manufacturing locations. Through focused recruiting strategies and initiatives, Pautsch achieved a turnaround time and cost per hire at ArvinMeritor that ranks in the top 10 percent for industrial competitors.

Pautsch led other global initiatives, including the implementation of a comprehensive domestic relocation program, and introduced and conducted training of management and supervisors in an online behavioral interviewing and selection process. He was also a merger integration leader in the consolidations staffing functions and established a centralized staffing and college relations department for the company's North American operations.

Pautsch has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has earned credits in Employee Relations Law.
